A retreat born out of our love for Italy and designed with love for details. A testament to a lifetime of dreams and visions. Your home from home tucked away in the greenery, looking out to the rolling hills of the Marche region, where you can tailor your dolce vita experience to taste, whether you’re looking to spend an active adventure or a relaxing break, a connoisseur’s getaway or a family holiday.

Clear lines, warm hues – tradition meets the contemporary. Exquisitely Italian, with hints of North European cosiness and a few touches of sheer beauty.

    General terms and conditions
    • Minimum stay: 3 nights
    • On arrival, check-in is available from 3 pm
    • On departure, please check out by 10 am
    • Children up to 6 years old stay for free
    • Rates include final cleaning. For a requested interim cleaning, an additional charge of € 100.00.
    • Pets are allowed by prior arrangement
    • Smoking is prohibited in all flats

    • We offer transfer from Senigallia train station or Ancona airport for guests travelling by train or plane. Our FIAT 500 is at your disposal for your outings in the local area

    Terms of payment
    • 30% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation
    • Final payment is to be made 4 weeks before arrival
    • Cancellations of the booking must be made in writing up to 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the vacation will incur a charge of 70%. In case of no-show or shortening of the stay, the full amount will be charged.
    • The statutory value-added tax and other fees are included in the price

    About Locality

    Italy insiders have long chosen the Marche region as a cult holiday destination. The reason is simple: it concentrates within itself everything that the Belpaese is so beloved for, from rolling hills strewn with picturesque villages to a treasure trove of artistic and cultural sights, not to mention the sandy beaches and blue waters of the Adriatic Sea and, of course, food so good it should be illegal. La Collina dei Gelsi is located right at the heart of this land of plenty, close to the village of Montecarotto and just a short drive from the region’s most-renowned destinations, such as Urbino and Assisi, as well as ancient borghi and natural sights, a vibrant nightlife, velvety beaches and Michelin-starred restaurants in Senigallia. The high density of attractions and Instagram-worthy scenery offered by the area makes it perfect for bike or e-bike tours. And then… there’s the light! So special that you can forget about photo filters.
